Speaking the Language

I personally get annoyed when some people speak in class while repeatedly uttering the words "I don't know" throughout their speech. Especially when they happened to raise their hands to begin with prior to being called upon. Then there are those who speak in sentences while stressing their voices as if every sentence they utter throughout is a question.
